Description
Emergency Christmas treat ideas for lazy...individuals who can't bake.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 100g dairy-free white chocolate bars
- 3 100g dairy-free dark chocolate bars
- 10 mini vegan pretzels
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp candied ginger
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
Instructions
- Line 4 small baking trays or glass food containers with baking parchment.
- Break the dark chocolate into a large heatproof bowl and the white chocolate seperately into another one.
- Bring a small saucepan of water to a simmer, then sit the bowl with dark chocolate on top. Make sure the bowl doesn’t drown in water, it has to be big enough so it doesn’t drop in the saucepan. Over a low heat, slowly melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally.
Do the same with the white chocolate.
Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in a microwave. - Now to make four separate chocolate barks, pour the melted chocolate over the baking parchment on four separate baking trays or glass containers.
- Now top one dark chocolate bark with pomegranate seeds and the other one with candied ginger pieces. Top one white chocolate bark with dried cranberries and the other one with vegan pretzels.
- Leave to them set, then remove from the baking parchment and break into shards. It's ready! So perfect for a Christmas treat box.
