You can have your cake and eat it too! That's possible only on a vegan lifestyle. These cute little mini tarts are actually a healthy breakfast in disguise. They're just made from oats, yoghurt, cacao nibs, and a bit of fruit. I know! They look so indulgent that you get confused! How many am I allowed to have? I'll tell you what. You can have them all because they're actually good for you! 100% guilt-free. I have to keep reminding myself: these are not a treat. These are healthy breakfast! What a great time to be alive!
I topped mine with redcurrants and blackberries because they were in season. You can also use raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or pomegranate seeds. They will all go great with the chocolate base.
Oh, and one more tip for you: layer your mini tins with some cling film. It will be much easier to get the base out from those later.
