It is such an easy, healthy and gluten-free breakfast option. I literally live off smoothie bowls in the summer season! Just that radiant yellow colour itself should definitely wake you up! When it comes to toppings, I'll leave it to your imagination: just go for your favourite fruit, nuts and granola! I topped my mango turmeric smoothie bowl with some fresh redcurrants, kiwi cubes, toasted coconut flakes and granola.

Description

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- splash of coconut or almond milk
Optional: add a date or two if you like your smoothie bowls extra sweet.
Toppings:
- your favourite granola
- coconut flakes
- fruit of choice (as you can see I used fresh kiwi cut in cubes and fresh redcurrants).
Instructions
- Pop all the ingredient's into a high-speed blender and blend until you get desired ice cream consistency. Serve topped with your favourite fruit pieces, toasted almond flakes and granola.
