These easy vegan peanut butter chocolate nice cream popsicles are my go-to healthy summer treat. In this gluten-free and paleo recipe, peanut butter popsicles are made from frozen bananas, peanut butter, lucuma and maca powder and then dipped in your favourite vegan chocolate and sprinkled with crushed peanuts. They're healthy, made from only a few simple, natural ingredients, dairy-free and gluten-free. Even though it's such a simple and healthy recipe, they taste like indulgent and satisfying summer treats. Try to make these beauties this summer season - they will keep you refreshed and energized. They are packed with healthy carbs and plant protein. I always have these peanut butter nice creams treats in my freezer. And beware - it's hard to have just one! But they're vegan and healthy so it's ok to have more than one, right?
A word of warning, it's impossible to have just one of those. You'll more likely end up devouring at least four in one sitting. The good news is that these pops are actually a healthy treat, made only with clean wholesome ingredients. So even though they taste like Snickers, you can totally enjoy them without freaking out about ratios and calories. Have fun! I just had three of those for breakfast. No regrets!
