- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 1/2 small raw beetroot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix with your favourite pasta.
