Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp unsweetened soy yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Himalayan salt to taste
Instructions
- Simply combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Transfer to a dipping bowl and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, cumin powder or pul biber (crushed Aleppo pepper).
Notes
- Leftovers will keep in the fridge, in an airtight container for a few days.
